Tubing Specifications
ASTM A269 / ASME SA213 TP316/316L cold-drawn seamless tubing, bright annealed with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.51 µm (20 µin). Tolerances conforming to ASTM A1016 / A450.
Double-Ferrule Geometry
Precision two-ferrule compression design with rear-ferrule swaging and front-ferrule seal geometry. Hardened threads with silver-plated nut interior to prevent galling on make-up.
Pressure & Temp Ratings
Working pressures up to 6,000 PSI (413 bar) depending on tube wall thickness. Operating temperatures from -196°C cryogenic to +649°C high-temperature service.
Documentation & QA
EN 10204 3.1 MTC with heat numbers, PMI spectral analysis, flattening and flaring ductility tests, and 100% hydrostatic proof testing at 1.5x working pressure.
